Ordering

How do I place an order?

To place an order simply add your chosen product to the cart, proceed to checkout, and enter the required delivery and payment details. After completing this process, you'll promptly receive an order confirmation email.

This email confirms your order details and explains the subsequent steps. Your confirmation email includes a unique order number to reference in all correspondence.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Of course you can cancel your order.

Should the item(s) not work out, we can help to arrange a return, refund or exchange.

We understand that on occasion the product you purchase may not be suitable and we are here to help.

If your order has not yet been delivered and you would like to cancel your order, contact our customer service team as soon as possible before the day of delivery.

You should contact us by both telephone (in order to stop the delivery promptly) and then by email to officially cancel.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to UK addresses. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Upon receiving your order, we begin processing your order quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

For all products in our range, both in-stock and pre-order items, you'll find estimated dispatch dates and delivery timescales clearly indicated on each product page.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We provide a free standard UK delivery service for all products. Additional delivery charges/options, such as AM/PM delivery slots or deliver & assemble service, are clearly stated on each product page & during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Our aim is to make the returns process as easy as possible. Most of our items are heavy & large and therefore perhaps require specialist couriers to return them.

We look to assist with returns. Additional details can be found in our Returns & Refunds policy section of the website.

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 working days from when we receive the item(s).

We process refunds back to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
